For over two decades, Park Kingsburg has provided a quality senior living environment. Located in Kingsburg, California, we are a half hour south of Fresno, CA. We offer 101 private residences with a full size kitchen, large walk-in closet, and either a tub or walk-in shower. All offered with no initial investment other than a nominal security deposit. All utilities except for phone and cable are included in your rent. We also offer two meals a day served in our dining rooms, weekly housekeeping service, and scheduled chauffeured transportation for medical appointments, shopping, banking and social events. There is even a beauty salon on site! Although we are not a nursing facility, there are two emergency pull cords in each apartment and our staff is here 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We are also pet friendly, allowing cats and small dogs (20 lb limit) with a $300 pet deposit. You can pay only $50 upon move in and pay the rest in $10 monthly installments. All apartments have inside entries, and the outside doors are locked at night (though residents and families have their own keys to come as go as they please).

Each month we offer birthday parties with entertainment, a social, bingo three times a week and plenty of opportunities for playing cards. Each Sunday local churches provide a service, and we provide the coffee and cookies after the service. We also have a beauty salon on-site.
We have affordable monthly rental rates that are based on income qualifications. See below for our MOVE IN SPECIAL Rent starts at $893 including services (meals, housekeeping, transportation) and rental assistance is available for those who qualify. We are open to seniors 62 and older. If you have a permanent disability, you can be under 62. Section 8 welcome - call us for more information.

ABOUT THE KINGSBURG AREA
Kingsburg is known as "Little Sweden" due to its history of being settled by Swedish natives in the early 1870's. A town of 11,000 people, it retains the small town atmosphere yet still hosts events like the Crayfish & Jazz Festival in September, the Festival of Lights Parade in December, the Swedish Festival in May, Summer Band Concerts in the park, a weekly Farmer's Market and an annual car show, to name a few of the many events for you to participate in. Kingsburg is a great place for shopping for collectors. There is a "Fifties" Store, antique stores and other gift shops.
